Aylesbury Manor is an elegant and spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home that has been extensively renovated. There are several rooms on the main floor including the Living Room with plenty of comfortable seating, Dining Room, Sitting Room and Sun Room allowing lots of space for everyone. The Master Bedroom with a Queen bed has an en suite bathroom and is located on the main floor.
Aylesbury Manor has a fireplace, a heated private pool, Central Air Conditioning, wireless internet access, laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen with brand new Stainless Steel appliances including a dishwasher.
Aylesbury Manor can comfortably host up to 10 guests, and with its many large principal rooms, it is a wonderful retreat for a family get together and celebrations with good friends.

Property Features
The Main Floor
The main floor features several large principal rooms that make it easy for guests to be together and at the same time gives everyone their own space.
The Foyer opens up to the tastefully furnished Living room that features a ceiling to floor fireplace, several windows, hardwood floors, a TV and plenty of comfortable seating. There are 2 large sofas, one being a Queen sofa sleeper. This room makes a really cozy room in the winter as well.
The Sitting Room is found between the Living room and the Dining room. It has a sofa, 2 chairs and table. Overlooking the Dining Room, it is a quiet corner to sit and read a book.
Kitchen and Dining Room
The Dining Room has a Pine harvest table and black high back chairs. The ceramic floor, sisal carpet, and pine furniture give it an authentic country feeling.The bright, fully equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. It has all amenities needed to prepare and serve a great meal.The main floor Master bedroom is a very spacious and romantic room featuring a Queen sized bed, country furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. This room works very well for guests that may not want to use the stairs .The Sun Room is a bright and cheery room. It features 3 large windows, a vaulted ceiling, and a skylight. It has sliding glass doors looking out to the deck and pool. This room is a great place for breakfast and lunch. On rainy nights or when the bugs are out, it is a great alternative to eating outdoors. The sunroom is a room meant for summer use and is not heated.
The Second Floor
Upstairs is where the other 3 Queen Bedrooms are located. They each have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors, antique pieces, beautiful comforters and very comfortable mattresses with memory foam toppers. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor concealed behind double white doors on the landing.
Outdoor Living
The private backyard is accessed through the Sun Room. The raised deck has built-in benches and a dining table, chairs and a market umbrella. Just below the deck is the Weber gas BBQ that is connected to the gas line of the house so there is no need for propane tanks. It overlooks the 40’ X 20’ heated, saltwater pool and the professionally landscaped garden full of flowering perennials and unique shrubs.
The crystal clear pool is maintained at 86 degrees and there are several lounges and chairs around the deck of the pool. Although the pool is very large there is still plenty of lawn making it a great area for the kids to play. During the winter months, the pool is covered with a high-security cover that bolts down onto the concrete deck.

Availability/Rates & Booking
There is a 3 night minimum for all weekends during Summer, Fall, Holiday Season and all Long Weekends.
There is a 2 night minimum all other times.
During July & August, a preference is given for weekly stays. Shorter stays may be considered based on availability. Please inquire.
All prices are subject to a $180.00 + HST Cleaning Fee per stay
